Time for a change, the show moves to new time and day!!!!!!

With our game broadcasts taking up our time on Friday nights, an executive decision was made at ClassX Radio. Starting on September 15th, the Northern Kentucky High School Sports Report will re-debut at it's new day and time. Starting on the 15th, the show moves to Monday Nights at 7:00pm. The move was made to better inform you of all the stats of the weekend past in football and basketball coming up. We hope you will join us at our new day and time.

Check out our brother site for our game broadcasts!!!!!!

We have createsd a new site for our game broadcasts and information for them. The address is, www.classxradiosports.com. We have our full broadcast schedule, game e-mail address, game photos, broadcast archive and more available on demand. Check it out. You can listen to our game broadcasts by clicking on the link to the left at the top as well as on classxradio.com and the broadcast site, www.classxradiosports.com. Now, the Video Vault is up and running!!!!!!

YouTube limits the videos it stores to 10 minutes or 1GB of space. With that being said, the game videos that we are going to start doing will be added to our new Video Vault Page. We kick it off with Cooper High Schools first Volleyball game ever. We will add more videos as we go along.. Just another feature provided by the Northern Kentucky High School Sports Report and ClassX.

Additional Sponsors Needed for Game Broadcasts!!!

We are still in need of additional sponsors in order to do our game broadcasts as we broadcast a full schedule of Football, Boys and Girls Basketball from the 8th, 9th and 10th Regions as well as the All "A" Classic State Tournament live from McBrayer Arena in Richmond. Packages for this 50+ game schedule start at under $400.00. That's under $10.00 per game. Try to get that with Clear Channel or Cumulus.

You may look at this list and say.....who is Gallatin County...who is Carroll County or Owen or Henry or Trimble. Even Grant County or Williamstown. The answer is simple. They are playing the Northern Kentucky teams more often now and they deserve the publicity as well. You will learn about them as well as the rest of the Northern Kentucky Schools.

Why Now??

I have followed High School Sports for quite some time. I grew up during the Simon Kenton State Basketball Championship era. I was part of one of the teams that the Pioneers beat during that run in 1981. High School sports is in my blood. The Northern Kentucky area is a hot bed of High School Sports. How many state champions have come from this area in all sports. A lot.

That's where this show comes in. We will extend the boundaries beyond the 71-75 split. Did you even know that there are schools south of the Florence area?? There is some of the best basketball games played south of Florence. Cities like Warsaw, Dry Ridge, Owenton, Carrollton. Have you heard of them?? Teams like Gallatin County, Grant County, Williamstown, Owen County, Carroll County?? You will. The show will not just be about those teams but all of the teams in the Northern Kentucky area. You have heard of the NKAC?? (Northern Kentucky Athletic Conference) You will learn about the NCKC. (North Central Kentucky Conference).

It's more than a show about scores and highlights. It's about issues that face these young men and women as they grow into the men and women that will shape this nation in the years to come. We will talk about Conditioning, Coaching, Scholarships, The Classroom. Boys and Girls. We want this time to be about the kids. That's why the site is mainly black and white. We will get to the black and white of these topics. That's Why Now!!!

Follow Along Won't You

This site contains information that we will use on the show. I encourage you to check back with the site often and follow along as we go from week to week. The format won't change much once we get going, but we may shake things up here and there.

It will be scoreboards, guests, phone calls, and so much more. It will be the reason you get up on a Saturday Morning. You can get interactive with the show as well. we will have e-mail available throughout the show. Send us your stories, ideas, whatever you have. If it makes sense to you, we'll try it. As I've always heard, you can always do something on the radio........once.
